Yes, I'm here with all the rest to say why doesn't the extension in Chrome seem to work, and the login to the website seems to have disappeared, and I'm now being asked to download bloatware to my laptop... Very very poor.

CAN NOT SIGN IN TO TRUE KEY. KEEPS WANT ME TO DOWNLOAD TRUE KEY WHEN IT IS ALREADY ON COMPUTER.

i have changed my laptop and trying to login, it says that check your email to confirm this device, but i am not getting the email.

As a paying customer McAfee, if you offer a product it's expected that we get that product. For weeks now I haven't been able to get into TrueKey as per usual. Only once over multiple tries, have I managed to land on the TrueKey sign in page. If Google is trying to block TrueKey it needs to be addressed and your customers need to be told, so be up front. If so, please enable BRAVE browser to be used. No matter what, we need to be told what's going on.

Hasn't worked for the last week, Mcafee logged in twice still not working, as much use now as a chocolate fire guard, tried deleting the chrome extension still asking for verification but not receiving any email and don't have a second device to verify.

Completely broken and useless. The app will not let me log in, it will not send notifications, it will not send the login requests to anything else and as such it can not be used is useless.

Not supported in Chrome? Uninstall? And how do I get my passwords?

The most recent extension update seems to have broken the ability to handle logins in pop-up windows. Was working perfectly before. Please fix this.

Great for keeping my passwords safe and saves time so I don't have to look up passwords.

This is the best thing is protecting privacy and doesn't have to write it down on paper which considers to be safe and unwise.

Really helpful for someone as forgetful as me.

You know it's not the product that is bad! IT is the support of the product. 8 times I have reached out to MacAfee support and 8 times I have gotten no resolve on this matter. I know exactly what the problem is: There is a problem with the Chrome extension but they refuse to fix it. SO, yes the support and the functionality of this product needs work. I have said it over and over again the worst move they ever made was putting this in the hands of Chrome and Google. Why because Google wants you to use their password vault. This product sucks to be honest!!!!! You can't add a second trusted device because the extension isn't working.

Never able to sign in, says only "trusted device" and it is.

Love it. Saves a lot of potential headaches. Efficient and worry free.

Fantastic app and service

This is an excellent App, I´ve been using it for years and it honestly saves the day, constantly! Between this and my iPhone saving passwords, I´m covered!

It truly is my saving grace go-to app. I have it set up on all my laptops and cell phone. If I forget my CC or a CVV number, it's always there securely in my app.

Sometimes the card doesnt show the site name but otherwise Im happy with the app.

This is great for storing passwords and personal information. In my opinion there is only one thing missing and that is that it doesn't suggest passwords for new sites. This would help prevent repeated use of the same password. if TrueKey did that it would be a definite 5*
